Falmouth Road man arrested on disorderly conduct charge

Police arrested a Manomet man near Town Hall Sunday evening after he allegedly became combative with police.

According to Capt. John Rogers, the Falmouth Road man, 19, had been pulled over on a suspected traffic violation. Besides defying police instructions he was allegedly found with a double-edged knife.

The suspect was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, failure to stop and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
