A Farnham Drive man was arrested for the second time on a drunk driving charge Saturday morning.
According to Capt. John Rogers, an officer in an unmarked cruiser reportedly spotted Harris Klaus, 25, driving erratically on Route 3 near exit 5 in a 2001 Buick Century. Klaus was stopped and allegedly found to be intoxicated.
He was charged with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence, 2nd offense. Klaus was released on his own recognizance.
